Farm-to-glass single malt from Bruichladdich made entirely with Islay-grown Concerto and Propino barley varieties. It was matured in 80% first-fill bourbon casks, 5% second-fill sherry butts and 15% second-fill wine casks. There are strips of juicy fruit laid over its unpeated spirit, followed by notes of peach, popcorn and porridge on the palate. Bruichladdich’s hallmark yellow fruits and honey are also present, balanced nicely by subtle citrus and coastal minerality on the finish.
