Exciting chalky minerality with juicy golden apple and William pear aromas and a slightly salty finish familiar from the volcanic Tokaj soil. Refreshing and creamy, with a brioche crust and salty lemon and fennel tones. Long and mineral finish with vibrantly fresh, crystal-clear acidity.
This champagne was and remains a real passion project for us. It is extremely exciting that last year's ratio of 2/3 Chardonnay to 1/3 Furmint has been reversed, meaning that in this sparkling wine, the indigenous Furmint takes the lead with 1/3 Chardonnay.
It was important for us that this new blanc de blancs should once again be an experience for those who loved the batch that debuted last year, but also to show a new character in itself, opening up a fresh, exciting world in the palette of Sauska terroir sparkling wines
