Tequila

Tequila is a distilled alcoholic spirit made primarily from the blue Weber agave plant, produced mainly in specific regions of Mexico (especially Jalisco), and known for its earthy, vegetal flavour profile that can range from bright and peppery in blanco styles to smooth, oaky, and caramel-like in aged expressions such as reposado and añejo.
