Dom Perignon Vintage Champagne 2017 has been named as an 'unwavering presence' and expresses the House's creative ambition and is a perpetual quest for harmony, precision, intensity, tactile sensation, complexity and a distinctive way of sustaining notes.
Dom Perignon is always an unyielding commitment to bear witness to the harvest of a single year, whatever the challenges, even going as far as not declaring a vintage.
2015 is one of these early harvests to begin in the first days of September. At Dom Perignon, picking started on September 7th, a few days after the first ripe grape clusters were picked in Champagne. The pinot noir grapes were superb – fruity and powerful, ample and structured, altogether full and delicate, providing absolutely magnificent matter.
