The tart apples are carefully selected in Normandy orchards to guarantee the quality of the apple juice used. This juice is then bottled for natural fermentation, which gives the raw cider a unique sparkle.
This cider is made from 5 varieties of organic apples, mainly bittersweet (Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën, Douce Coët Ligné, etc.).
