Vibrant stone-fruit and melon flavours followed by a finish with light grassy, and citrus notes. In 2017, we set out to develop a recipe for a new year-round IPA by producing small-batch prototype beers exploring hop combinations and infusion methods. The Workbench project allowed our brewers to get creative and, over the course of four different beers, refine a recipe for this beer - our new flagship IPA with perfectly balanced, fruit-forward flavours.
