Dirk Niepoort never stands still and this is the latest offering from his stable. He sources this Moscatel from Favaios a region in the Douro that sits at 600m in altitude as is known for the quality of its Moscatel. He ages in port pipes for 5 years before release. Like all good Moscatels it is bursting with fruit and candied florals; honey, orange blossom and barley sugar candies. Try this with an Eton mess or a sticky toffee pudding.
