Bin 150 Marananga Shiraz is a sub-regional expression that is unmistakably Penfolds in character. Conceived from the ancient soils surrounding the township of Marananga, near the heart of the Barossa Valley, this wine reflects the warmth, richness, and structure of its origin. Framed by a judicious use of French and American oak, old and new, small and large, it remains a contemporary take on Shiraz, crafted the Penfolds way.
The 2023 vintage is densely packed with dark fruits, classically poised, and underpinned by a firm structural backbone. The palate is expansive and generously weighted, revealing impressive depth and regional fidelity.
