It was the first wine produced by the winery. It has been produced every year since 1992.
The grapes are selected manually on the table, where the shoulders and tips of the Tempranillo bunches are separated. This wine is made from the destemmed shoulders.
It is made from white grape skins, which ferment together with the red grapes. The varietals are Tempranillo, Graciano and white grape skins. Aging takes place for 24-26 months in 225-litre barrels, mainly new French oak.
