Buon Padre is a classic and traditional Barolo from the Viberti family, launched in 1923 by Cavalier Antonio Viberti. The wine, made from Nebbiolo from vineyards in La Volta and Bricco delle Viole, combines grapes from 8 different crus in Barolo, Monforte d'Alba and Verduno, aged for 36-40 months in oak barrels, resulting in a wine with great structure, traditional aromas and elegant tannins. Its process includes controlled fermentations and prolonged aging to achieve a perfect balance without astringency.
