Starting it's humble beginnings inside 200L Bourbon Casks, this Rum is aged for a minimum of 13 years in Belize City before being transferred too 350L Ferrand casks and aged for a further 2 years and left at Javrezac, France.
Nose: Opens up with notes of Old Bourbon with plenty of Spicy Cinnamon, Vanilla and Nutmeg with sweeter notes Almonds and Banana.
Palate: On the forefront comes Citrus and Pear with touches of coconut before a deeper spice of Pepper, Cloves and Liquorice comes through.
Finish: Finishing things off with Dried Fruits, Cherry and Vanilla (think Bakewell tart) with subtle Coffee and Vegetal notes.
