A naturally sparkling rosé born at 700m altitude from the organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards of Pentalofos and Griva, Migma PetNat Rosé is a vibrant blend of 70% Xinomavro and 30% Negoska. After a brief maceration in the press, the grapes co-ferment spontaneously in INOX tanks with no additions, fining, or filtration. Bottled while fermenting to capture its natural fizz, it rests on the lees for 6 months before being manually disgorged—no sulfur added. Bursting with bright cherry and strawberry aromas, it delivers crisp, high acidity and fine bubbles in every joyful sip.
