In 1980, the third generation of the winery after a trip to France planted experimental vineyards in very calcareous soils in the Fuente-Alamo area. Chardonnay vineyards in a warm area but tempered by height and soil. The grapes finish their ripening at the beginning of September with an interesting balance between fruit, freshness and acidity. The calcareous soil provides a saline mineral sensation that creates a tension and saltiness that balance the wine, making it long and fresh.
