This Trebbiano is born from grapes of organic production: a viticulture that exploits the natural fertility of the soil by favouring it with limited interventions, promoting biodiversity and excluding the use of synthetic products. The protection from the plant is done by covering with substances such as copper and sulphur. The use of chemical fertilisers and herbicides is also avoided for soil treatment. During winemaking, the oenological products used are biologically certified.
A fresh and fruity wine, with a soft yellow and clear colour. Give citrus hints of lemon and cedar, and warm notes of tropical fruit. In the mouth there is a balanced acidity and a freshness typical of Trebbiano cultivated in this territory.
