Ayinger Celebrator is a Doppelbock from Ayinger Privatbrauerei, brewed in Aying near Munich and widely regarded as one of the finest examples of the style. Pouring deep brown with ruby highlights and a dense tan head, it delivers rich malt aromas with notes of caramel, toasted bread and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, with layers of toffee, roasted nuts and dried fruit, balanced by a subtle bitterness and a smooth, warming finish. A benchmark Doppelbock, often referred to as ‘liquid bread’ for its depth and richness
