A sweet Tokaj wine specialty made from a joint harvest of ripe, overripe and aszú-forming bunches selected from several volcanic soil vineyards. Its aroma is the richness of fresh acacia honey, pear and fine grapes, with oak notes from barrel aging in the background and a little elegant botrytis. Its taste is full of fruit, vanilla, citrus notes, and a little caramel creaminess. In addition to its sweetness, its citrusy, fresh, light, vibrant, playful acid-sugar-alcohol ratio makes it very easy to drink and even pair with food. It was fermented in chilled steel tanks and then matured for more than a year in different-sized Zemplén oak barrels in the exceptional tranquility of our 5.5 km long Szegi Cellar.
