The rinds of Queen Victoria pineapples are infused with Plantation 3 Stars white rum for one week and then pot distilled. Separately we infuse the flesh of these pineapples in Plantation Original Dark rum for 3 months, before blending with the 3 Star distillation.
On the nose, the pineapple aromas leap out of the glass, underpinned by robust caramel and molasses rum character. The rum has a deep texture with light peppered spices backed by a pleasing bitterness and roasted pineapple character. The finish is all pineapple and incredible warmth.
