A heavily peated single malt from Torabhaig on the Isle of Skye, aged in a host of bourbon and American oak oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The mash was peated to a bold 787.44PPM before distillation, with the final spirit weighing in at a satisfying 19.7PPM. This is the first official release from the distillery to be given the sherry cask treatment, and it brings a splendid balance of fruit and leathery spice to the robust smoke at its core.
